Sharon R. Palmiere
March 25, 1938 — October 26, 2017
Passed peacefully in her sleep October 26, 2017 at the age of 79.
Survived by her husband, Darwin Palmiere; sons, Stephen (Kristen Stewart) Kreckman, & Tracy (Eileen) Kreckman; & brothers, David, Vincent, and Charles Rogers.
As a young girl, Sharon enjoyed many summers up on the St. Lawrence River. She enjoyed countless hours sitting on the side rocks of her beloved island, Thrums. Sharon took great pride in the accomplishments of her sons as well as her many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held November 15, 4-6pm, at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.. Memorial service will be held at, 11am, Saturday November 18, Pierce Memorial Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers please send donations in Sharon's honor to, Wellesley Island Wildlife Rehab, 44027 Cross Island rd, Wellesley Island, NY 13640, make checks payable to SEH Burns.
