Stacey E. Rizzo passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at age 38. She was predeceased by her mother Shirley Quance. She is survived by her father, Peter Quance, daughter; Anatasia N. Rizzo, sister; Kathryn Q Yaksh and niece, Victoria F. Yaksh.
