Peacefully on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at age 88. He is predeceased by his sister, Regina Wituszynski. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Sabina; sons, John (Bernadette), Robert (Mary) and Richard; daughter, Sabina (Leonard) Volpe; grandchildren, Alfred and Christopher Neill, Jay, Noel, Casey, David and Michael Zimny and Tony Volpe; great-grandchildren, Jacob Neill and Nathan Zimny; special nephew, Ted (Betsy) Wituszynski; many nieces and nephews; and relatives in Poland. Stanley will always be remembered as a dedicated worker and tremendous gardener, good provider and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
The family will receive friends on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Interment will be 9:00 AM Friday at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, followed by his Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 1124 Hudson Avenue. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Rd., Suite 401, Rochester, NY 14620.
