Passed away peacefully in the comfort and wonderful care of Highland Hospital Inpatient Hospice on March 14, 2024, after a long illness.
Born in Rochester, NY on August 29th, 1980.
Predeceased by: Grandparents John and Joyce Pratt, Charles and Eugenie Crayton and Aunt Kathleen Mathews.
She is survived by her loving parents, Steven and Mary Chris Pratt, her children, Amaerys, Brody and Chase, her sister, Christine Blonsky (David), nieces Paige and Alaina, several aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
As we mourn her loss, we treasure the memories Stephanie left behind of an incredibly talented watercolor artist. Many of you knew her as "Pearl" - with a creative mind and unique style.
The love of her children drove Steph to fight her illnesses over the years. She is now at peace.
Visiting hours will be March 19th from 2-5PM at Newcomer Funeral Home. A small service will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 10AM at Newcomer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, with interment immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
