Predeceased by her parents Louis and Elizabeth Koehler.
Survived by her loving husband of 50 years Burnell Schomske. Daughters Dawn (Andy) Riexinger, Michelle Schomske. Grandchildren Emily and Nathan Riexinger, Lillian Petisi, Kyle and Cole Laffin.
Birth father Francis Osborne.
Stephanie was determined from a young age. She doubled up her course load, so she could graduate early and marry her High School sweetheart, Bert. They would've celebrated 51 years of marriage this July. She was a supportive wife and put her family above all else.
After having children, Stephanie began her career with Marine Midland (HSBC) bank. She fully enjoyed serving the community of Holley and the surrounding area.
Stephanie loved her five grandchildren. She was the first "babysitter" each of them ever knew and those were some of her favorite times.
She loved animals. She was a "crazy cat lady" at heart. Many times, she took in a stray that found its way to her front porch. She also loved watching the birds out her front window, especially the Hummingbirds.
Stephanie was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the very young age of 38. She handled her disease with poise and grace. Her Parkinson's lead to Dementia, which ultimately took her life. She passed peacefully at home.
Friends may call 1-4pm Sunday April 10, 2022 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm following visitation.
