Passed away unexpectedly on October 19th, 2019 at the age of 63. Predeceased by his parents,Geraldine and Charles Betts. He is survived by his loving wife, Nina Betts; Children, Kevin (Lauren) Betts, Andrea (Tyler) Whalen; grandchildren, Blakely and Barrett; siblings, James Betts, Carol Oswald, Dottie (Den) Hanson, Dale (Debbie) Betts, Jerry (Theresa) Betts, Charlie (Jawan) Betts and Ron (Nickie) Betts; sister-in-law, Tina (Jonelle) Dunham; aunts, uncles, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Saturday October 26th 2019 from 2PM - 4PM followed by a service at 4PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 25 Circle St, Rochester, NY 14607 or American Lung Association, 1595 Elmwood Ave # B1, Rochester, NY 14620.
