Rochester: Passed peacefully, Friday, July 16, 2010 at age 56 after a long illness. Predeceased by parents, Charles and Ruby DeRycke; sister, Bonnie Dentinger. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay (Dyrbala); children, Jasen and Katie (Dustin); grandson, Cyrus; beloved dog, Lincoln; sister, Ann (Dana); nieces and nephews, Amy, Bryan, Shannon and Shane. Steve's passion was spending time at his Seneca Lake cottage.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am Wednesday, July 21st at Holy Ghost Church, 250 Coldwater Rd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Associate,Finger Lakes Region, 1595 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, New York 14620-3602.
