Passed away Thursday, March 17th at 59 years old.
Predeceased by his father Frank Kilby and grandmother Reta Kilby.
Steve is survived by his mother , Doris Stettner Kilby and his brother Todd Kilby; nephew Joseph (Kristie) Kilby; niece Laurie (Farzads Forouzandeh) Luce; his best friend Roxie, and many cousins.
Steve was a real homebody, but always enjoyed time spent with his co workers and especially his family.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
