Predeceased by her loving husband, Bill Baxter & beloved children, Ellen Sue & Andrew Francis.
She is survived by her children, Timothy (Valerie) Baxter, Cheryl (Herbert) Goggins, & Matthew (Tricia) Baxter grandchildren, Shannon, Melissa, Annie (Gregg), Drew (Lyndsey), Brandon (Felicia), Sara (Marc), Zack (Lindsay), Jake (Ozzie), & Olive Lily; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Tom Diesenroth; daughter-in-law, Maureen Baxter; many nieces & nephews.
So also you have sorrow now,
but I will see you again,
and your hearts will rejoice,
and no one will take your joy from you.
