She then ventured into her own business, The Canalside Pub, along with her husband at the time in Brockport, NY. She was an amazing cook, who welcomed many at her table and passed this skill to her daughters. Her children were a great sense of pride for Sue. She was looking forward to upcoming graduations and would often cheer her children on when it came to pursuing their talents and dreams. She was an avid Rider and could often be seen on bike runs with her Fiance' & her brothers & sisters of the N.B.M.C. 142 Crew.
