Mrs. Theresa Ann Newby was called home on Saturday February 6, 2021 in her 3rd battle with Breast Cancer. She is predeceased by her parents Margaret and Jimmie, her husband Wesley Newby, daughter Margaret Starling Williams and son Brian Starling, siblings Jimmie "Split" Jr, Allen, Paulette and life-long friend Lucille Simpson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children Dykeata (Anthony) Newby, LaTonia (Fred) Starling, Shawn (Kelly) Thomas, Eric (Melinda) Thomas. Son in Law Edward (Margaret) Williams. Her siblings, Shelia (Herman) Parsons, Yvette Wright, Willie "Bubble" Wright Jr, Carolyn Thomas, Jean Thomas, Rodney Hart. Her Granddaughters; Aniya, Michelle, Essence, Myra, Tyshawna, Sierra, Nyika. Grandsons; Jae'vion, Tyshawn, Jalmari, Jami, Acire, Darnell, Terrance, Shawn Jr. Along with a host of great-grandchildren, Aunts & Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
