Passed away on, July 17, 2024 at the age of 93.
Predeceased by her husband John Polchowski; daughter, Heidi Gizzo.
She is survived by her son, John J. Polchowski; daughter in-law, Tricia Polchowski; grandchildren, John Anthony Polchowski and Paige Victoria Polchowski; sister, Annelee Woodstrom; nephew, Roy Woodstrom and dear friend Marilyn Daley.
Family will receive friends Friday, July 26th 4-6PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. Theresa's service will immediately follow at 6PM.
Private interment at Riverside Cemetery.
