Thomas P. Hedrick

Thomas Patrick Hedrick, 63, of Hilton NY, passed away on Saturday January 18, 2025 at his home in Hilton NY. Tom was born on June 19, 1961, to Thomas G. Hedrick and Rita Nallin in Rochester NY. After living in several states throughout his life he returned home to NY where he met his wife Cheryl Wedgwood-Hedrick. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend.

 Tom was a contractor that could remodel just about anything. In his spare time he loved building models for his train set and painting. He loved his dogs and being outside in the summer. He loved music and being with friends and family.

 There are so many things we can say about his life and how he lived it, we could go on and on and tell great stories and exaggerated tales. What we do know is how big his heart was, how much he truly cared about his wife, kids, grand kids, and family in general. And while he didn’t have much, he would give it all to someone he loved just to make them and him a little happier.

Tom was predeceased by Mother, Rita Nallin. Father, Thomas G Hedrick. Stepmother, Rita Hedrick. Nephew, Tyler Jennings. And a few cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is survived by Wife, Cheryl Wedgwood-Hedrick. Daughter, Carrie (Matt) Horton. Sons, James Hedrick and Jasen (Keona) Barringer. Stepdaughters, Christina (Adam) Fredericks, Jennifer DiJoi, and Danielle Brabant. Grandchildren, Josephine Boyd and Kyla Horton and Bailee Barringer. Brothers, Rick (Wendy) Hedrick and Robert (Linda) Hedrick. Sisters, Theresa (Lou) Alano, Christina (John) Murray, Melinda (Rick) Brown, Linda (Rick) Vaughan-McElligott, and Helen (Rick) Gage. And his long time best friend that was like a brother Danny Bacchetta. 

 Tom will be honored with a celebration of life June 21, 2025, in tribute to his birthday and his life. All Family and Friends are welcome. More information with time and location to follow as date gets closer.
