Survived by daughters, Tyquashia Twyman, Tyneshia Ellington, Treonna Ellington, & Tatina Williams; grandchildren, Semaj & Josiha; mother of his children, Tonya Herbert; sister, Melanie Twyman; nephews & nieces, Myron, Nasya Stephens, Naiya Stephens, Carryton Stephens, & Timothy Twyman; great niece & nephew, Myra & Major; & host of friends & family.
Tim loved to cook especially on the grill, listening to music of all kinds, & watching sports especially the Raiders. He loved to be around family whenever he could be. He was the neighborhood dad.
Services will be determined at a later date.
