Passed December 15, 2023 at the age of 79.

Predeceased by his parents, Robert & Ramona Storm & sister, Gayle Tanaka.

Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Patricia Storm; daughter, Sara (Jeremy) Storm-Burchell; granddaughter, Emma Burchell; sister, Jill (John) Storm-Dougherty; brother Randall (Sandra) Storm; nieces & nephews, Renee, Nick, Ben, Dayna, Heather, Chad, David & Michael; & other family, & friends.

Todd was an eagle scout & member of the 4H club. He served with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica for 2 years. Todd was a social studies teacher with the Rochester City School District for over 30 years. He was an adjunct professor with Monroe Community College for several years.

Todd was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, & brother. He loved to help others especially strangers, he was a generous soul. When he spoke to you he made you feel like you the most important person to him, because you were.

Todd was outdoorsman, athlete, runner, artist, & traveler. He had a love for the water & mountains. His early life was spent on a lake in Florida, Swimming, boating, & fishing.

Calling hours will be Saturday December 23, 2-5pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd.
