A long time resident of Lifetime Assistance, passed peacefully, with her family by her side. Born June 24, 1971, a life long resident of Greece.
Predeceased by her father Derryl M. Weed.
Survived by her mother Lucille J. Weed. Sisters, Christine (Christopher) McNally, Sheila (Wayne LaVine) Weed of Syracuse. Nephews, Ryan, Daniel, Stephen, Kevin (Alisha) McNally, Collin Lanty of Syracuse. Niece, Kendra Lanty of Syracuse.
The family would like to thank a special care giver, Tammy Tschiderer and the staff at Lifetime Assistance on Mendota Dr. Greece, NY. They made Tracy's life full of joy and happiness.
Family and friends may call 2-5pm Sunday September 19, 2021 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (west of Long Pond Rd.) Funeral services will be held Monday morning 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment beside her father at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
