Victor was born in Santiago, Chile in 1922.
He came to the United States, with his wife Ana, in pursuit of a better life for his family. Victor worked as a tailor in Chile and continued this line of work once he got to Rochester, NY. In his free time, he would listen to his favorite music, which included Tangos and Cuecas. He also enjoyed watching old western movies, which were his favorite.
We remember Tata, as his grandchildren lovingly called him, as a strong patriarch of the family. He always wanted his family to succeed and to have a better life. He was well loved by his children and many grandchildren. Victor was a caring and loving man and he will be missed by many.
