Passed away on April 1st, 2021 at the age of 78. Predeceased by his parents, Rev. Virgil R. Sr. and Betty Brisco. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Emilie Brisco; children, Cynthia (Timothy) Heffer, Lisa (Ronald) Musshafen and Virgil (Sunny) Brisco; grandchildren, Julie, Holly, Nick, Kyle, Mya and Emilie; siblings, Fred (Sue) Brisco, Brisk (Billie) Brisco, Joy (Dave) Bennett and Donny Brisco along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be private. Interment at West Webster Cemetery. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society 1120 S Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14620.
