Passed away peacefully on October 15th, 2021 at the age of 81 at St. Anns Nursing Home. Predeceased by her parents, Revere Phelps and Arlie "Ferris" Phelps; sister, Gloria Phelps.
Ginny is survived by her son, David Phelps of Rochester; sister, Gail Welker of Batavia; Nephew, Paul Kempton of Newark and James (Bonnie) Kempton of Lockport. A grave side service will be held on Friday October 29th, 2021 at 11AM at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Meeting just in the front gate.
In lieu of flowers Contributions may be made in Ginny's name to the Seneca Park Zoo, 2222 St. Paul St. Rochester, NY 14621.
