Went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2019 at the age of 67.
Survived by husband, Flor Ruiz; children, Sandra (Raymond) Quinones, Baby (Felix Silva) Ruiz, Melissa (Luis) Diaz, & Poky (Denise) Ruiz ; grandchildren, Johnathan, Juliana, Emma, Sean, Israel, Damien, Violet, & Roman; 4 siblings; & many nieces, nephews, & friends.
Calling hours will be Tuesday October 22, 12-3pm, at Hope Christian Fellowship Church, 3495 Lake Avenue, Rochester NY 14612.
Please do not send flowers per Virginia's request. In lieu of flowers perform an act of kindness in Virginia's honor.
