Passed away on Friday, December 17th at age 92. Predeceased by his parents, John & Stella; brothers, Edward "Bud", Jim, twin brother William "Bill"; sister-in-law, Carole (Bert) Ouelette. Survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Shirley (Behringer); daughter, Donna (Ken) Jacobi; granddaughters, Tamra (Robert) Grupp, Aprilyn (Adam) Villafana, Ginger (Jeff) Alloco; great grandsons, Carter, Mason, Hunter, Cole, Vinicio; many loving nephews & nieces; special nieces, Debbie Demark & Jeannette Zacharias.
Calling Hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, December 29th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Walter's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Thursday at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Ave., followed by interment at Riverside Cemetery.
