Passed away on, March 18, 2016 at the age of 67 surrounded by his loving family and grandson Thomas Lugo who was by his side.
He is Predeceased by his, parents, Petra and Militon Rosado.
He is survived by his loving wife, Josefina Lugo-Rosado, son Wilfredo (Rebecca) Rosado, Daughters, Yvette, Carmen, Salvannah, Joann and Antonia.
14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, Brother, David (Sylvia) Rosado, Sister, Lydia Rosado, Isabel Rosado, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends 2pm-4pm and 6:pm - 7pm Followed by a service at 7pm on March 22nd, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd Rochester NY 14609.
