William "Billy" Andrecolich
Rochester, NY
A teacher to hundreds, a mentor to many, and a friend to all - passed away on Wednesday, May 25th. Taken too soon at the age of 61 years old after a long battle with younger onset Alzheimer's.
His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his beloved wife of 38 years, Julie; his loving daughter and son in-law, Kristin and Aaron Kucmerowski; his beautiful granddaughters, Kaelyn and Adelyn; his sisters, Mary (Gina), Ruth (Matina), Cassie; his in-laws, Angela (Ray), Simon (Myrna), Louise (Kevin), Craig (Mary) and many dear nieces and nephews.
Billy was a mathematics teacher and a coach of many sports at the Rochester City School District for over 30 years. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing softball and volleyball.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 10-2PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609. A service will follow the calling hours at 2PM.
***In honor of Billy, please wear black, yellow or black and yellow to the funeral.***
