Bill was born in Rochester, NY to the late Charles and Bertha Arnold on December 14, 1933.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Jacqueline, his siblings, Belva Wade, and Bob (Mary) Arnold, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626, on Friday, May 10, 2019, at 11:00am.
