Monday Sept 19 2005 at age 70 Predeceased by his daughter, Ellen Baxter. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Sula Baxter; his children, Timothy (Valerie) Baxter, Andy (Maureen) Baxter, Cheryl (Herbert) Goggins and Matthew Bowman Baxter of OR; grandchildren, Ann, Shannon, Melissa, Sara, Drew, Zachary, Brandon, and Jacob; great grandson, Wyatt; brother-in-law, Tom (Judy) Deisenroth; many nieces and nephews. William was a member of the Churchville Masonic Lodge #667 and Nolaka OES #320. He was a retiree of the US Postal Service and a long time employee of Schaller's.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life with a Masonic and OES Service immediately followed by his Memorial Service Thurs. 9/22 at 7:00 P.M. at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 3233 W. Ridge Rd. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heritage Christian Foundation, 349 W. Commercial St. E. Rochester, NY 14445 in his memory.
