Thursday, August 31, 2006. Predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty". He is survived by his son, Dan(Sue)Golding; daughters, Bonnie(Walt)Tsymbal, Wendy(Jack)Schilling, Amy(Larry)Harter and Karen(Glenn)Grimsley; grandchildren, Walter(Rachel)Tsymbal, Scott(Janeen)Tsymbal, Chris Harter, Neil, Nathan and Jacob Grimsley, Bryan(Amber)Golding; 1 great-grandson; and 2 great-granddaughters. William was a member and past-master of the Fame Masonic Lodge #945 F&AM and past Officer of the James A. Hard/Wayne Charter Post #12 of Masonic War Veterans. He was a WWII Marine veteran.

Family and friends may call Tuesday 4-7PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where his Masonic Service will be at 6:30 followed by his Funeral Service at 7:00PM. Private Entombment in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Masonic Care Community of NY, 2150 Bleecker Street., Utica, NY 13501.
