He is survived by his sons Dr. William (Pam) Hendrick, Jr, Richard (Nancy) Hendrick, Joseph (Jane) Hendrick, and Daughter, Jane (Scott) Nickerson, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
