Predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Gene MacDonald; paternal grandmother, Jacquelin MacDonald, and Fur baby's Kitty and Romeo
He is survived by his mother, Alisha Ortiz; Maternal siblings, Angel Ortiz, Jayden Gonzales; grandparents, William P. Wall "Papi" and Cynthia Wall "Mimi", Aunt and Uncle Angela (Kevin) Jones and cousins Aubrey (Kashna), Richie, Luke, and Ariell; Fur "Road" dog Spliffington "Spliff"; father, Toddy (Christine) MacDonald; paternal siblings, Anthony, Christopher, Angelique, William, Marie; paternal grandmother, Bonnie MacDonald; cousins, Amber and Mikey, girlfriend, Molly and many extended family and friends.
William Gene MacDonald was an amazing son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend to so many. William (Will, Willy, WillyMan) was known for his sense of humor, love of people, animals, traveling and appreciation for both music and nature. His beautiful face, gentle smile, and unique character made him always stand out in a crowd. Everyone who knew him loved him. Will absolutely enjoyed family and family events more than anything. He loved spending time with his Mom & brother & sister camping, taking cool vacations to Myrtle Beach, cruises to Bahamas, or hanging out at his Aunt G's sharing stories, creating and acting out funny characters to keep us laughing, or just have a really good meal (as long as he couldn't hear you chewing lol! ) William was an adventurous person. He traveled across the United States with just a back pack and his home-dog Spliff. He worked picking blackberries and other harvesting jobs along the way. He captured many wonderful pictures of the country from NY to Cali, from rivers, to mountains, desserts and cities too. We were always amazed at his courage and resourcefulness. Will was truly one of a kind!
His Celebration of Life will be held on December 28, 2022 at Trusted Treasurez, 1742 Long Pond Road, 14606.
*Doors will open at 4:30. Join us for service at 6pm with food and celebration immediately following.
