Rochester: Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 1st 2017 at age 84. Predeceased by his grandson, Justin; son-inlaw, Steve Mucha. Survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Joan (Vanderbeck); children, Tom (Sharon), Cindy (Steve) Friday, Tim (Margaret Peterson), Jim (Debbie) Maier; 9 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brother, Richard (Helen) Maier.
Family and friends may visit from 3-7 PM on Wednesday, January 4th at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Bill's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Thursday, January 5th at St. Leo's Church, 167 Lake Avenue in Hilton, followed by interment at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
