PARMA- William F. "Rile" Raleigh, 85, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 surrounded by the love of his family.
Bill was born in Brockport, NY to the late Frank and Caroline Raleigh on February 10, 1935. Bill was a GM retiree and in his free time he loved football. He was the beloved husband of Carol Raleigh for over 30 years.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol, his sons, William D. Raleigh, and Allen S. Raleigh, his grandchildren, Jason, Robert, and Emily, his great-grandson, Collin, his step-sons, his brother, Richard, sisters, Norma, and Nancy, and a host of family and friends.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
