Survived by his wife; Joan Rowland. Sons; Michael (Laura), Edward (Patricia), Kevin (Karen), Daniel Rowland. Daughters; Anne Rowland, Joyce (William) Maurer. 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services and interment are private.
The family would like to express gratitude and thanks to the Hospice Team, 4th floor at Strong Hospital for the care they provided to Bill and his family.
