August 30, 2004 at age 53. Predeceased by his parents, Oscar and Irene Wandtke. He is survived by his loving companion, Mary Neitzel and her children Debra(John)Ulmer and Dan Neitzel; brother, Robert(Judy) Wandtke; sisters, Connie(George)Patrick and Marie(Al)Drew; special niece Donna Patrick and several nieces and nephews; best friend, David Wheeler. William was a Navy Veteran.
Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Saturday, September 25 at 11:00AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Interment will be private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, PO Box 299, Fairport, NY 14450.
