In loving memory of Willie C. Moore
1954-2022

Willie Clarence Moore Jr, 68, of Rochester NY, passed away on June 17th, 2022. He was predeceased by his Father (Willie J Moore Sr.), Mother (Irene Burch), Brother (Jon Burch Sr.). He leaves behind his children (Euphrates C. Moore), (Emanuel O. Robson), (Sasha E. Schramm), (Miche' I. Moore) (Tasha I. Moore), His brothers (Thomas A. Burch Sr.), (Gary Moore), (Paul Moore), Sisters (Tonya Moore), (Barbara Hill).

Willie was born June 12th 1954, In Rochester NY where he spent his life as a musician! He graduated from Monroe High School and later earned his Bachelor's in Science from SUNY Brockport. He was an accomplished bass player playing with the likes of great blues musicians such as Ronnie Earl,Joe Beard,Chris Beard,Steve Grills, and many more! His love for the blues never stopped and continues on through his eldest son whom has become quite the blues guitarist him self!

Willie had a strong passion for boxing as he was a boxer early in his life! He loved watching fights and the science behind the art of boxing!

Willie had a heart of gold and had genuine love for everyone! Especially his family whom he would do anything he could for. Every birthday, graduation, celebration or occasion if he could get to it you better believe he was there. "I wouldn't miss it for the world" he'd often say.

Willie will be dearly missed by his many family and friends! He was the best Father, Brother, Uncle anyone could have!

Calling hours and Service will be held at New Comer Funeral Home 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester NY 14626. Calling hours begin 9am-10am and service will be immediately after!
