Irondequoit: Passed away peacefully Monday, September 28, 2009 at age 83 with her family at her side. She is predeceased by her husband, Rudy Affeldt; parents, Violet and Bill Fox; sisters, Violet Darling and Carol Fox (Sister of Sisters of Mercy); brother, Robert L. Fox. She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Donald Estey; children, Alfred "Butch" Aman, Mary Ellen Toohey, Randy (Donna) Affeldt, Bradley (Beth); 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine Kirkenburg, Beverly (Karl) Jacobs; brothers, Herbert (Louise) Fox, William (Dorothy); along with many nieces and nephews; former daughter-in-law, Patty; and former son-in-law, Bob.
Wilma was a retiree of Eastman Kodak, where she worked in Food Service for 25 years. She volunteer as Mrs. Claus for Kodak retirees. She was a member of IRA Post 474 St. John Park, Order of the Moose Lady Auxiliary and the Vietnam Veterans Association for Handicap Children Chapter 20 and Post Home.
There will be no prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, October 1st at 11AM at the All Season's Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park, where Inurnment will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Sister's Of Mercy Motherhouse, 1437 Blossom Road, Rochester, NY 14610 or to Holy Cross Building Fund,4492 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612, In Her Memory.
