She is survived by her children, Malika (Paul) Nelson, Shanimba (Jennifer) Nelson, & Mahogany (Rashawn) Banks-Travis; grandchildren, Malinda (Byron) Bell, Kevin Wilson, Jahlique Bailey, Eric Carter, John'l Lovett, Demarre Nelson, Jayden Nelson, Thais Nelson, Xavier Wilson, Rashawn Travis Jr., & Rashaad Travis; siblings, Johnny Green, Lenora Green, & Elnora Green; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Family will receive friends 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Thursday, April 28, 2022 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard., where her Celebration of Life will follow at 1:00 pm.
